How many integrations does my plan include?

Growth includes 3, Pro 5 and Agency 10 simultaneously active connections. Enterprise is unlimited, Starter includes your own tracking only.

Where are my credentials stored?

All tokens and API keys are stored encrypted in the EU and are readable only by backend sync processes, never in the browser.

How often is data synchronised?

Depending on the provider, between every 15 minutes and once per day. You can also trigger a manual sync for every connection.

What happens when I disconnect an integration?

Access is revoked immediately and the credentials are deleted. Metrics that were already synchronised remain in your account.

Do I need developer skills for an integration?

Not for the existing connections. Pick the provider, confirm OAuth, map the account – done. Only custom integrations via the API require development work.

Can I backfill historical data?

The first sync pulls a history window depending on the provider. Additional periods can be fetched with a manual sync, as far as the provider's interface exposes them.

Do integrations import personal data?

No. Only aggregated metrics are taken from CRM and shop systems. Contact details, names or email addresses are never written into the analysis.
